This post brought to you by LG DoublePlay™. All opinions are 100% mine.
I think I found the right mobile phone for one of my nieces. She is such a geek! I think she’ll fall in love with the LG Doubleplay™. :)
Not just is LG a wonderful brand with sleek designs (I wish I had one!), but this particular LG phone also comes with dual touch screens (customizable), a display of size 3.5 and yet another independent (sub)display of 2.0 inches. My niece likes QWERTY as a keyboard so she wouldn’t have a problem, but in case she could also count on Swype®.
From what I read, the LG DoublePlay™ is capable of multi-tasking and it has a 5Mpx camera, which is a lot more than my niece’s current BlackBerry phone (2.6 Mpx I think). Other interesting things are Cloud Text™ and Group Text™, to share texts with a PC or to create group chats, which is interesting as my niece works online and she needs group chats with collaborators.
She’s an Android lover, so that’s OK too. This phone has the version 2.3 (Gingerbread) with access to Android Market and a lot of tools already installed.
With all that stuff, it can be even too easy to engage in social network conversation and work convos. :D Ah-ah! I hope I get to buy her this phone before sales end at T-Mobile. ** Yes, the phone deal is ONLY available at T-Mobile, darlings.
If I can, I’ll try to buy one for myself too. I don’t send too many text messages in a month (maybe 5 or 6) and I’d rather social networking on my computer, but hey – there is always something new to try, no? I’d like to try, perhaps I fall in love with mobiles too! :)
Now, some questions for you darlings:
1] How many SMS (text messages) do you send a month? If you spend hours doing it, perhaps the LG DoublePlay™ could be good for you too!
2] What do you think of the LG DoublePlay™? Would it make things like social networking and working more fun?
Let me know! :)

My beloved niece introduced me to a special mobile phone plan called Straight Talk, that has everything you need to give you an excellent phone service at extra cheap cost: just $45/month for an Unlimited Monthly plan ($499 for a year) or $30/month for an All You Need plan to make the most out of your money, at a lower price (the $30 plan comes with 1000 messages and calls, and of course, mobile Internet).
Usually mom knows best, but my mom is too old to care about cellphones and service plans. All she wants is spending as little as possible and have no hassle to bug her, and I think Straight Talk could be a good choice for her too. For me, I’d love this plan for the chance to call a friend and my family all I want without time or cost limits given by my expensive contract with Wind.
I live on short money and I really want to make the best out of my disability pension without useless wastes. You know what I mean, especially with the recession and everything, that has touched every country, Italy included.
A video testimonial about Straight Talk.

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

A few days ago, my niece and I had an interesting conversation about health products; she told me about a brand she discovered online, Walgreens, which I found immediately appealing to my needs. Walgreens Brand Health & Wellness Products, in particular their Pain Reliever, Fish Oil and Calcium, are essential for my health, since I’m still recovering from chemotherapy. Yes, if you didn’t know, I’ve had breast cancer on 2006, and I’m thankful to God that I managed to get out of it. I’m about to reach safety line (5 years from operation) and I pray God every day that He gives me more beautiful years to live.
Anyway, I found out something else that is truly nice about Walgreens: the Walgreens Way to Well Fund™. It’s an initiative that aims at donating free education and health tests to people in small communities, and Walgreens is currently raising about $3 millions every year to help out. I’m really touched by their kind, generous heart… I wish we had something like that in our small countryside area. There is so much need for a chapel, a pharmacy, a bus for those of us who are too old or too sick to move around. I wish our main city municipality had the same kind heart Walgreens has. Somehow, US has always the best things than us Italians… Uhmm…
I heard some bloggers are having free giveaways for Walgreens’ Gift Cards. Oh, I so hope I can get my hands on a card, because I’d love to try it out…
